MARATHON MUNCHING

WORD IS this Sunday Chez Lola will serve skirt steak and fries for $12, Mullanes Bar and Grill will open early, 9:30, and Olea will offer up brunch from 10–4.  Sounds like good eats before during and after all that marathon cheering.

The ING New York City Marathon runs through Clinton Hill/Fort Greene from the tip of Lafayette Avenue.  The neighborhood always puts on a good showing and the Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School band can always be counted on for a rousing rendition of the theme from "Rocky."
